NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING ( NLP)
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) explores the relationship between how you think (Neurology), how you communicate verbally and non-verbally (Linguistic) and your patterns of behaviour and emotions (Programming). With NLP you basically learn the language of your own mind, which can be influenced by specific NLP techniques.
By re-programing your mind you can change your thinking, beliefs and emotions. NLP was developed in the 1970s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the US state California and has found its way into the practice of coaches, hypnotherapists or psychotherapists.
NLP can also be very successful when used for curing illnesses like phobias, addictions, depression, habit disorders or allergies.
