Mariam El Gabalawy is a counseling psychology intern with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is currently in the final year of her Master’s in Counseling Psychology at The American University in Cairo. Mariam has experience working with both adolescents and adults dealing with issues such as identity exploration, social anxiety, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, and trauma. Her therapy goal is to enhance clients’ self-awareness and help them recognize their strengths. She is trained in techniques including CBT and person-centered therapy.
