Moni El Ramlawy is a Licensed Counseling Psychologist and Individual & Couples Therapist with over 14 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through emotional and relational challenges.

She works with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional stressors, as well as adults with ADHD and late-diagnosed autism, through a trauma-informed and attachment-based approach.

Moni is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach that focuses on emotions, attachment, and patterns of interaction within relationships, as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1, which helps clients develop greater self-awareness, understand different parts of themselves, and heal emotional wounds with more compassion and curiosity.

Prior to private practice, Moni worked as a School Counselor supporting adolescents and families with concerns related to emotional well-being, self-harm, grief, divorce, and family conflict.

She also offers parent consultations to help caregivers build healthier, more connected relationships with their children through a compassionate and emotionally attuned approach.
