Nada Farid is a Clinical Psychologist who views therapy as an honest and vulnerable space for self exploration for anyone on a lifelong journey with no deadline. With a strong background in Psychological research, she is passionate about bridging the gap between psychological research and clinical practice. She is committed to integrating the latest research insights into her therapeutic approach, ensuring that her practice is both evidence-based and tailored to the unique needs of each client. Nada’s approach is characterized by a compassionate and client-centered philosophy. She emphasizes the importance of understanding the cultural and individual contexts of her clients, which allows her to provide more personalized and effective care. She conducts her sessions in both English and Arabic. Her knowledge and trainings in multiple modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy and Addiction treatment, equip her with a versatile toolkit to address various psychological issues.
