Leena Rowan is a clinical psychologist and psychometrist.
Leena believes that everyone deserves a chance to feel the warmth of being heard and accepted with no judgement.
In therapy, her ultimate goal is to alleviate emotional pain and suffering, while fostering growth, wisdom and balance.
Her clinical experience involves working with adolescents and young adults with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, eating disorders, ADHD, attachment and interpersonal problems, and childhood trauma. Her approach integrates various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mentalization-based therapy, DBT skills and client-centered therapy in an attempt to customize a detailed treatment plan according to the needs and goals of each client.

- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Cairo University
- Applied Clinical Psychology Diploma from Cairo University
- License in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from the Egyptian Association of CBT (EACBT)
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the American University in Cairo (AUC)
