Farida has extensive experience working with children, teenagers, and young adults aged 10 to 25. Her work encompasses a wide range of developmental challenges, including emotion regulation, anger management, trauma, and enhancing social skills. Farida also supports clients through life-changing events such as grief, divorce, unstable home environments, and relationship difficulties.

As a school counselor, she is well-versed in addressing school-related stress, bullying, fitting in, and learning difficulties like attention deficits, dyslexia, and dyscalculia. Farida’s approach to therapy often includes both parents and their children. She offers parents practical guidance on effective parenting strategies while helping children develop sufficient study habits and coping mechanisms for academic success.

Her therapeutic approach primarily incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), blended with talk therapy and other evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
