Farida also supports clients through life-changing events such as grief, divorce, unstable home environments, and relationship difficulties.
As a school counselor, she is well-versed in addressing school-related stress, bullying, fitting in, and learning difficulties like attention deficits, dyslexia, and dyscalculia. Farida’s approach to therapy often includes both parents and their children. She offers parents practical guidance on effective parenting strategies while helping children develop sufficient study habits and coping mechanisms for academic success.
