Yasmine is a registered psychotherapist in practice for two years. She graduated Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in Canada. She follows the psychodynamic approach in therapy. Yasmine also has addiction recovery coaching background from the ICF.
Yasmine specializes in a wide of areas such as porn and sex addiction, and mood disorders. She is also a couple’s therapist who follows the Gottman institute methodology. Yasmine combined both interests in taking the integrated couples and sex therapy. She also helps clients struggling with gender identity, trauma, grief, boundaries settings, and personal development, anxiety, depression, panic attack disorder, borderline personality disorder, porn addiction, breakups, relationship issues, body image, self-confidence, sexual abuse, identity crisis, personality disorders, grief and loss, adjusting to new life changes, LGBTQ+ community matters and many more.
Yasmine has trained in multiple clinical areas in Canada and in Egypt. She has participated in creating several NGO’s to help a wide range of people. She’s also specialized in creating training sessions and facilitating them using a lot of psychological tools to encode and decode information from the human brain.
Her main objective is to break the stigma on sexual addictions and the idea around dependency. Also advocated the urgent need for communication between couples to create a harmonised relationship.
